The United Kingdom is ready to advance with employing the total value of immobilized Russia's assets to aid Ukraine's defense operations, Leader Sir Keir Starmer has announced.

In a shared declaration, the officials of the Britain, France, and the Federal Republic of Germany asserted that this unified step would escalate tension on Moscow's head Vladimir Putin and persuade Russia to participate in talks.

They added that the decision would be carried out in strong partnership with the United States.

United Kingdom sanctions have frozen in excess of £25bn of Russia's assets since the Russian government launched its full-scale invasion against the Ukrainian nation in 2022.
